Our History
Bio Earth Technology was founded in 2003 as a trading company focused on eco-friendly machinery. In 2008, we built an in-house engineering team to develop versatile molded-fiber forming machines. By 2009, we established a dedicated facility to manufacture molded-fiber tableware for the U.S.
Our Factory
Since 2003, we have advanced sustainable practices and innovation in eco-friendly packaging. Our manufacturing is powered by advanced equipment, including THM pulp molding machinery and Bio Earth engineered molds, designed to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Our Product
We offer a full range of sustainable molded-fiber food packaging, including bowls (250 ml to 29 oz), clamshells, hamburger boxes, oval platters, round plates, school lunch trays, and compartment bento boxes.
Product Application
Our containers are suitable for microwave heating and freezing. They are designed for durable, water- and oil/grease-resistant performance, tested under 0–100°C (32–212°F) conditions for up to 3 hours (results may vary by food type and use).
Our products are BPI certified and comply with ASTM compostability standards. We also hold ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA-related compliance, and provide PFAS-free solutions to meet global food-safety requirements.
