FSSC 22000 V6 Certified
Bio Earth Technology Co., Ltd. is certified to FSSC 22000 Version 6 for the manufacture of paper tableware and containers for food-contact packaging material.
The certification scheme incorporates ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-4:2013 and additional FSSC 22000 requirements.

BPI Commercial Compostability Certified
Selected Bio Earth molded fiber foodservice products are BPI certified for commercial compostability under Certificate #10529665-1.
The certification covers specified bowls, clamshells, containers, cup carriers, lids, pizza boxes, plates and trays listed in the certificate and BPI online product catalog. Certified items comply with ASTM D6400, D6868 and D8410, and BPI has verified that they contain no intentionally added PFAS, based on formulation review and total fluorine screening (max. 100 ppm).

Tested to U.S. FDA 21 CFR 176.170
Bio Earth molded fiber tableware has been independently tested by SGS according to U.S. FDA 21 CFR 176.170 for food-contact applications.
The referenced SGS test report for a 9-inch molded fiber plate shows PASS under the tested conditions.
PFAS & Total Fluorine Testing
Third-party SGS testing is available for Bio Earth food packaging materials, including PFAS risk evaluation and total fluorine screening.
For the referenced total fluorine test, the result was Not Detected at the stated reporting limit. All Bio Earth molded fiber products are made without intentionally added PFAS. Each test result applies to the specific product and report referenced.
California Proposition 65 Testing
Selected Bio Earth product samples have been tested by SGS for selected substances listed under California Proposition 65.
Test reports apply only to the submitted sample and tested substances. This should not be presented as "Prop 65 Certified."
Fluorescent Brightening Agent – Not Detected
SGS testing of the referenced paper food-contact sample reported fluorescent brightening agents as Not Detected under the applicable test method.
