Cleaning oval plates after use is also important. Ceramic and glass plates are heat-resistant, dishwasher safe, and easy to clean; plastic plates should be made of heat-resistant and scratch-resistant materials to avoid oil residue; paper plates and disposable plates should be protected from moisture to prevent softening during use.
